High-pass filters for HG-wr6/HM-wr6

High-pass filters for work at frequencies above 170 GHz. Filters are attached to the HG-wr6 output, and to the HM-wr6 input. The flanges are round UG387/U mod. On one side of the filter the waveguide is WR-6.5, on the other side it is either WR-4.3 (to filter F > 166.5 GHz) for the frequency range 170-260 GHz, shown at the top, or WR-2.8 for the frequency range 260-400 GHz, shown at the bottom.
